Welcome to EclipseAdorn.

EclipseAdorn is a trade name operated by Hangzhou Benlai Technology Co., Ltd. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of eclipseadorn.com (the “Site”) and your purchase and use of products and related services provided by EclipseAdorn (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to orders placed for delivery within the United States.

1. Our Products

EclipseAdorn creates custom, handmade-to-order accessories and wearable art.

Because our products are handmade, minor variations in color, texture, finish, size, and craftsmanship are normal characteristics of handcrafted production.

Minor handmade variations are not considered defects when the product remains materially consistent with its description, design, function, and appearance.

Product appearance can also differ slightly due to lighting, photography conditions, and individual display settings.

2. Made-to-Order Products

EclipseAdorn products are custom and handmade to order after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Production time is 3–7 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

A specific delivery date is not guaranteed unless EclipseAdorn has expressly confirmed that date in writing.

3. Custom Orders

For customized or personalized products, customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information and specifications.

This includes:

  • Measurements

  • Colors

  • Styles

  • Customization details

  • Event dates where relevant

  • Other information required to produce the order

Issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided information are not considered product defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all information submitted before completing the order.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, customization, and contact information.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product/material availability.

EclipseAdorn reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order before fulfillment in cases including:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Payment failure

  • Incorrect pricing caused by a technical or administrative error

  • Unavailable materials

  • Incomplete or invalid order information

  • Circumstances that prevent EclipseAdorn from fulfilling the order

Payment must be successfully processed before production begins unless EclipseAdorn has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Order Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges, and Product Issues

Because EclipseAdorn products are custom and handmade to order, orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been successfully submitted.

EclipseAdorn does not accept general returns or exchanges for non-defective products, including requests based on:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Incorrect size, color, or style selected by the customer

  • Inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided customization information

  • Failure to review product measurements, descriptions, photographs, or specifications

  • Minor variations inherent to handmade production

If an item arrives:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Materially different from what was ordered

please contact EclipseAdorn within 48 hours of the carrier-recorded delivery time and provide the photographs and information required under our Refund & Return Policy.

The 48-hour period is EclipseAdorn’s standard arrival-condition and product-issue reporting period and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

Eligible claims are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and can result in repair, replacement, or refund depending on the confirmed issue and applicable law.

EclipseAdorn does not charge a restocking fee for an eligible return accepted under the Refund & Return Policy.

6. Shipping

EclipseAdorn currently ships to the contiguous United States (the 48 adjacent states).

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • Guam

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • Other U.S. territories

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

EclipseAdorn provides FREE Standard Shipping on all orders shipped to the contiguous United States.

No minimum order amount is required.

Shipping timing is structured as follows:

  • Production Time: 3–7 business days

  • Standard Shipping Transit Time: 7–10 business days after dispatch

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 10–17 business days from order confirmation

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery dates shown on the Site, at checkout, or provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Carrier disruptions, severe weather, incorrect shipping information, customs processing, and events outside EclipseAdorn’s control can extend the delivery timeframe.

Standard shipping to the contiguous United States is provided under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms.

EclipseAdorn covers the applicable import duties, import taxes, and customs clearance charges associated with standard DDP shipments.

Customers will not be charged additional import duties or customs clearance fees upon delivery for standard DDP orders.

Tracking information is provided after dispatch.

7. Prices and Taxes

Product prices are displayed on the Site.

EclipseAdorn can update product prices for future orders. A price change does not alter the price of an order that has already been successfully submitted and paid, except where correction is required because of an obvious pricing or technical error and permitted by applicable law.

For standard DDP shipments to the contiguous United States, EclipseAdorn covers applicable import duties, import taxes, and customs clearance charges.

Any sales tax or other tax required to be collected at checkout will be displayed as part of the checkout process where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including photographs, product designs, graphics, logos, text, illustrations, videos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to EclipseAdorn unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit EclipseAdorn content or designs without prior written permission.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems

  • Interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of the Site

  • Use automated systems to scrape or collect Site content without authorization

  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information

  • Engage in fraudulent transactions or activities

  • Misuse the Site in a way that harms EclipseAdorn, its customers, service providers, or other users

EclipseAdorn can restrict or terminate access to the Site when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, the business, customers, service providers, or legal rights.

10. Third-Party Services

The Site uses third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping providers, analytics platforms, advertising services, security providers, and other technology providers.

Third-party services operate under their own applicable terms, privacy policies, and legal responsibilities.

EclipseAdorn is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, policies, or practices of third-party service providers except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how EclipseAdorn collects, uses, shares, protects, retains, and processes personal information and how applicable privacy rights can be exercised.

12. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.

EclipseAdorn does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, liability, or right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EclipseAdorn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Site or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

14. Force Majeure

EclipseAdorn is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather

  • War or civil unrest

  • Government actions

  • Customs delays

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Pandemics

  • Strikes

  • Infrastructure failures

  • Other comparable events outside EclipseAdorn’s reasonable control

Such events can extend production, shipping, or delivery timeframes.

15. Changes to These Terms

EclipseAdorn can update these Terms when our Services, products, business practices, or legal obligations change.

The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated Last updated date.

Changes apply prospectively to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the place of business of Hangzhou Benlai Technology Co., Ltd., the operator of EclipseAdorn, except where mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to the customer provide otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive consumers of any right or protection that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
